- Microsoft Office 2013 or newer
- Must be 32-bit
- Office 365 must be installed via Office.com

| Conveyancing Manager is not compatible with ARM-based devices, including certain Windows Surface tablets, other ARM-based laptops, and Apple Macs. These systems are unable to install Microsoft SQL Server Express 2014, a critical prerequisite required for running Conveyancing Manager. |
